Welcome to the Royal Sutton Coldfield Canoe Club Website

RSCCC was established in 1990 to offer a facility to paddlers in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas such as Birmingham, Brownhills, Tamworth, Lichfield, Walsall and Aldridge.

For information on sessions, joining, equipment, cost, membership parties and more use the links above or use the search box.

From the December 3rd Blackroot will be closed to allow maintenance work to the dam. The work is scheduled to be completed by April 2017. We are trying to gage if it is desirable to open Brownhills Saturday mornings during the closure. Please comment on the Facebook page if you would be interested in attending Brownhills on Saturday mornings.

The club needs additional coaches to provide a service to its members, so if you would like to step on to the coaching ladder you will get all the support you need form the club and its coaching team. The club will pay for you to take your F.S.R.T. (rescue) course and also your Level 1 coach course, all you have to do is to commit to running 5-6 sessions per 3 months once you are qualified and help out other coaches as you train.
